About Omixa
Omixa is a data-cleaning and data-quality tool for spreadsheets. You upload a CSV or Excel file, Omixa shows what is wrong with it, fixes what is safe to fix, flags what is not, and gives you a cleaned copy with a quality report. It is built around trust in your data, so it explains every change and leaves ambiguous decisions to you.
Who it is for
Data analysts, researchers, university students, NGOs and research organisations, and anyone who works with CSV and Excel files and needs consistent, trustworthy data.
What it does today
- Accepts CSV, XLSX and XLS files, up to 10 MB on Free and 25 MB with Pro.
- Trims stray spaces, standardises dates, phones, emails, countries and categories, and fixes inconsistent capitalisation.
- Finds exact duplicate rows and flags near-duplicates for review.
- Recognises missing-value placeholders, and fills gaps with estimates only if you choose.
- Flags values that do not fit their column, and scores data quality with a before and after report.
- Never changes your original file. Uploads are deleted automatically, at most 30 minutes after upload.
